Welcome to Pinup Art Studio! Below is detailed information about our shipping options for custom pinup portraits, prints, mugs, and canvas products.

Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days to prepare your order
Shipping Duration: 14 – 30 business days for delivery within the United States
Tracking: Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Order Approval & Availability: All shipments depend on order approval and product availability.
Estimated Delivery Dates: Dates on product pages are real-time estimates from shipping carriers and do not include processing time.
Processing Times: Orders are processed Monday through Friday; we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails more than twice, the package will be returned to us. Ensure your contact details are accurate.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Pinup Art Studio is not liable for packages confirmed delivered by tracking.
Delays: Delivery may be extended due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
