To ensure your satisfaction, we provide unlimited revisions for digital portraits and replacements for defective printed items.
This policy applies to all payment methods, including PayPal, Stripe, and other payment platforms, and protects our business from unjustified disputes or chargebacks.
1. Eligibility
Digital Portraits:

Each portrait is unique and custom-made.

All sales are final, but unlimited revisions are included until you are completely satisfied.
Printed Products (Add-ons):

Includes canvases, mugs, and other physical items.

Replacements are provided only if defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Photographic proof must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Eligible Items

Delivered digital portraits.

Printed products that are not defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in original condition.
3. How to Request a Replacement

Approved replacements are shipped at no extra cost.

4. Shipping Costs
